Yes, you can disinherit a child.  (For example, if one child wins the lottery you may want to leave your estate to your children who need it more.)  However, it is not currently possible to disinherit your spouse, registered domestic partner or partner in a civil union. To disinherit a child, go to the kids section in the heirs
badge, then tap the amount icon (currently 100%).

Choose "Dismiss" when asked to confirm that you want to disinherit a child.

The amount icon will now show 0%, indicating that this particular child is disinherited from your will and trust.

If you change your mind, the beneficiaries can be altered at any time and your new will and trust can be executed whenever you choose. If you are considering disinheriting your child, please read our blog post to learn more about your options.
