Your Will will still be effective if you get divorced or legally separated from your spouse, or terminate your domestic partnership or civil union.  Your spouse or partner will be treated as having died before you and the remaining provisions of the Will will take precedence.  However, to avoid any confusion, it is always best to create updated documents if this happens — you can update your documents at any time using Tomorrow.
